If you have a patriot ancestor please consider joining our lineage society or our affiliates with the Daughters of the American Revolution and Children of the Revolution (co-ed for children not of age for general societies).

Count Casimir Pulaski 1745-1779

The Casimir Pulaski Chapter of the SAR is one chapter of over 470 chapters in the United States, Canada, and Europe, including the United Kingdom. National SAR members include fourteen presidents of the United States, members of the Supreme Court, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. Congress as well as state offices and military commanders and servicemen.

The SAR originated from the celebrations of l876 for the centennial of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, l776. The Sons of Revolutionary Sires formed in San Francisco to honor their ancestors who served during the quest for independence. On 30 April 1889 the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution was organized on the l00th anniversary of the George Washington's inauguration. On 6 June 1906, SAR compatriot President Theodore Roosevelt signed an Act of the United States Congress to charter the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution.
